It all starts with Awareness. We often walk-through life unconscious of what is happening not only around us but within us. This workshop will give you a tool that will assist you in staying more in the present and being awake to what is happening outside and inside yourself. Enneagram Program – 10-week program introducing the Enneagram typology and exploring each of the 9 enneagram types. Includes a 1-1 session with Crystal and worksheets for each session. Next Enneagram Program will begin on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
Summer Enneagram Program

I invite you to explore the box you are in…the box we often don’t even realize we are in, but which sometimes causes us great pain and anxiety. When we discover the box and how to get out of it, we are empowered to make better choices about our lives. We experience a new awareness about our gifts and our shadow. We discover our blind spots and create a more expansive life. Join me on the journey.
Program runs for 10 weeks from the beginning of June to the second week of August. We will meet weekly. You will receive a workbook each week and have a one-hour consultation with me to zero in on your ennea type. All sessions will be recorded and be available for participants only.

Transitions to Transformation Program – 12 session program that takes participants through the Awareness, Beliefs, Curiosity growth cycle. The program includes 3, 1-1 sessions with Crystal as well as a workbook.
